A little bit of this & a lot a bit of that
The holidays are among us and I am so excited. Not only is it the season for peppermint chocolate M&M’s, Coffee Creamer, Mochas, Hot chocolate, garlands and mistletoe, but it’s also the season when fashion offenders come out to play.
That’s right! I’m talking the holiday parties, kids’ get-togethers, Ugly sweater party-goers, Grandmother’s knitted scarves, tacky patterns, and my ultimate favorite: The Sequin Brigade!
Regardless the color, style, shape, or garment type, it seems that people love to pull out those sequins for the wintery season in all of the worst ways. In an effort to save you from any humiliation, here’s my guide to all that glitters. Put together by yours truly, so that you don’t have a silly little mishap during the holiday festivities.

Leopard. Hi, We can be friends now. Thanks Evil Twin.
I’ve always been a bit skeptical when it comes to animal prints. As of late, I’ve warmed up to the trend quite a bit; adding bits and pieces of leopard into outfits as a accessory piece. These select items by Evil Twin have made me want to vamp up my wardrobe with even more leopard. Here’s a few of my favorites:
This fabulous oversized cardigan priced at $110.00. Do it alone, or with a belt to add a few extra curves to your outfit.
Mesh Leopard shorts priced at $58.00- try them alone with an oversized tunic style blouse or underneath denim destroyed shorts of any shade.
This oversized two-toned block top caught my eye. What a fun little surprise to what looks like a plain t in front. Party in the back. Priced at $88.

Top each of these off with my favorite platform boot of the season by Sam Edelman, the Zoe boot. Priced at $198.
